On the menu, select:

Enter the computer name and click the "Next" button.

If you click the "Managed" checkbox, you will need to find what Microsoft calls a GUID which it says that is on the back of "Modern" computers or in the BIOS. I am not convinced that this number exists or will work.

Click on the computer node to see the computer listed in Active Directory that was just added.
